Cigna Insurance Care
PRVNT is currently in-network with Cigna. Cigna chiropractic participation is through ASH.

Self-Pay & Maintenance Care
Patients may choose self-pay for care, including maintenance care. Insured patients may elect self-pay when it is permitted under their insurance and network rules, and with the appropriate self-pay acknowledgement. Whether self-pay is available for a particular service depends on your plan, so please ask us before your visit.
Payment methods: credit and debit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA.
Auto / PIP Care
PRVNT accepts Auto/PIP cases. If you were injured in an auto accident, please contact us before booking so we can talk through your situation.
Coverage and claim decisions are determined by the insurance carrier, not by PRVNT.
Coverage & Benefit Verification
Please contact PRVNT for benefit verification. Benefit verification is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee payment, coverage, eligibility, or benefits.
Online booking is through Jane. Intake forms, insurance information, and patient billing and account information are also handled through Jane, and routine appointment reminder texts are sent through Jane.
